Once you have completed this program, you will have developed a validated roadmap for a successful and sustainable business transformation. The foundation for your plan will be in place. This is the path you have mapped out for each of the five core elements of business transformation.
The 5 modules of the Mastering Business Transformation Program
This interactive program covers the 5 core elements for sustainable business transformation in 5 modules:
- Module Reimagine Your Business
- Module Rebuild Your Business
- Module Reconnect Your Business
- Module Streamline Your Business
- Module Position Your Business in Society
Module Reimagine Your Business
As market developments are happening ever faster and business models and technologies keep evolving, companies are forced to reinvent themselves. In this module we look at how you can change your company or organization by setting the course for the next and future decades from a new, sustainable perspective.
Faculty: Loren Roosendaal
Module Rebuild Your Business
The new reality is something many companies and organizations cannot avoid. Changes are happening faster and cycles are getting shorter. Many companies struggle to keep up and get ahead. They are faced with outdated business models, rigid business structures, and legacies from the past. Everyone is aware that things need to change, but how do you make the switch? How do you gain focus and resilience? How do you unleash your potential? How do you future-proof a company? In this module, we develop the blueprint for your company or organization for the years to come.
Faculty: Camilla van den Boom
Module Reconnect Your Business
During this module we will evaluate how you, as a company or organization, can put customers first to achieve an excellent customer experience and ensure connected and engaged customers. To get there, all participants must be willing to at least challenge the basic beliefs underlying business and organizations and look for new sustainable business and revenue models. The customer becomes part of the entire process, whether it involves products, services, or solutions.
Faculty: Prof. dr. Toni Sfirtsis
Module Streamline Your Business
The digital revolution is unstoppable and directly impacts the design and implementation of primary processes and the logistics chain. It is easy to look at readjusting the processes to the new reality from a conceptual point of view, but the actual implementation is harder.
Faculty: Dr. Freek Aertsen
Module Position Your Business in Society
This module explores the concept of creating shared value. We will be using a number of specific concrete cases to examine how companies can implement a 'Creating Shared Value' strategy. What is the role of business in society? Milton Friedman (American economist and advocate of free market capitalism) argued that "being profitable" is the only role of business in society. However, after the financial and economic crisis of 2008 and the very likely impact of the corona crisis, support for this (neoclassical) perspective is declining rapidly. The winners of the future will be organizations that manage to combine doing well with doing good.
