About this program
The Leadership Master Class helps you quickly discover your own leadership style. You work on the development of your leadership skills and learn how to use them effectively to guide people and processes, implement changes and improve your employees’ motivation, both individually and as a group. You learn how to lead based on the right ethics and values and how to deal with manipulation and power. The program is highly practical and active. You dive right into academic exercises where you share your experiences with others.
Day 1: Leadership and techniques for influencing behavior
You will learn the basics of behavior influence as leadership. We will explore various modern insights and techniques you can use to influence behavior. We will also address ethical leadership and a moral compass.
Day 2: Leadership and motivations
Employees' deeper motivations play a significant role in their work. As a manager, you can tap into these to steer them in the desired direction. This day, you will learn how to effectively motivate others and yourself.
Day 3: Leadership and group dynamics
What types of teams and groups exist in an organization? And what role does the leader play in them? On day 3, we will explore answers to these questions. You will also learn how to implement change and how to create psychological safety within your organization.
