Day 2: Management control

Organizations need money, and must also spend money. Day 2 gives you tools to assess costs and investments, and discusses treasury management.

Day 3: Financial accounting

What rules apply to the annual financial statements, and how do you glean the right information from financial reports? Learn everything about financial document analysis on day 3.
