Through this page, you can either post a vacancy directly or connect with TIAS students and alumni in various ways: Full-time Master in Management students with zero to two years of work experience, and MBA students with on average five to ten years of experience in a range of sectors.

Whether you are looking to fill a traineeship program, a specialist role, a consulting assignment or a leadership position, TIAS provides access to a diverse talent pool that has already intensively practiced working together, analyzing and making decisions in a complex environment.

Our partners range from fast-growing scale-ups and family businesses to established multinationals and ministries. They involve TIAS when they need university-educated talent that can think strategically, translate data into decisions and has a sharp eye for the societal impact of those decisions.

We have many different students with a wide range of interests and ambitions. In both programs, a lot of time is devoted to personal leadership. This helps our students make conscious choices about their career and the contribution they want to make within an organization.

Typical roles for our students and alumni include for example:

• financial or business controller
• supply chain or operations specialist
• product or business development manager
• trainee in management or leadership development programs

Thanks to their broad business foundation and focus on leadership, they can quickly progress into roles with greater responsibility.

Recruiting TIAS talent can be done directly via the online Career Platform. All Full-time Master in Management and MBA students have access to this platform. You can post vacancies, internships and master projects there, making your organization visible in a targeted talent pool.

• you create a company account or log in

• you enter the vacancy details and choose the type of position, for example a full-time role, internship or master project

In addition to the Career Platform, there are other ways to get in touch with TIAS students, such as Meet & Greet sessions, the TIAS Career Day, workshops and projects with TIAS Student Consultancy.

A Meet & Greet is fully tailor-made. Together with TIAS, you decide which format best matches your recruitment needs. This can be a series of speed dates, an interactive company presentation, a networking lunch or one-on-one conversations on campus. This way, you build your employer brand in a focused way and get to know a selected group of candidates personally in a short amount of time.

The TIAS Career Day is an annual event on the TIAS campus where our Full-time Master in Management and MBA students meet organizations that are looking for top talent. As an organization, you can participate in several ways on this day:

• give a session or company presentation to a room full of students

• speak to students in individual meetings, for example in short interview rounds

• be visible at the company fair with a stand where students can drop by throughout the day

In a single day, you meet a large share of the current students from both programs, increase your visibility on campus and create a direct inflow for (research) internships, graduation projects and junior positions.

Yes, you can, and there are many possibilities. The full-time Master in Management and the full-time MBA are delivered on the TIAS campus in Utrecht, but our collaboration with employers extends beyond the campus.

For example, you can:

• meet students during a session on the TIAS campus in Utrecht

• invite TIAS to your location for a workshop, business case or networking event

• opt for a fully online session, such as an interactive presentation, webinar or virtual speed dates

• work with a hybrid format in which part of the selection interviews take place on campus and follow-up interviews are conducted online, making it easy for international colleagues to join

This makes it easy to meet TIAS students, whether your organization is based in the Utrecht region, elsewhere in the Netherlands or operates internationally.

Many of our recruitment activities take place on our TIAS campus in Utrecht, centrally located in the Netherlands and easily accessible for both students and employers. We regularly schedule sessions directly after classes so that students can easily join and attendance is as high as possible.

In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to organize activities on site at your organization, or to meet online or in a hybrid format. This allows you to always choose a set-up that fits your organization, your team and the region in which you operate.

The Full-time Master in Management and MBA programs attract an international group of students, and the language of instruction is generally English. Many students also speak one or more additional languages.

For vacancies and projects, this means that you can:

• use English as the working language for most roles
• preferably state explicitly whether Dutch is a requirement or an advantage
• also promote international roles in other countries or regions via the Career Platform
