Day 3: Generating impact
Day 3 is about generating impact. We cover how to create support and strike the right balance between strategy development and implementation. In this exercise, we work through your own real-world challenges.

Day 1: Strategic process design
The first day is all about building a strategic process. We provide you with a complete tool set to develop real-world strategies.
Day 2: Institutional embedding and thinking and working in future scenarios
We look at the preconditions for developing your strategy. You also learn how to deal with social institutions. And you get to work on your own future scenarios.
Day 3: Strategic HRM
On day 3, we zoom in on talent management as part of strategic HRM. Plus, you work on your own strategic problem, so you can go home with answers.
