Day 1: General strategic HRM & Performance Management

Day 1 starts with a general introduction to strategic HRM. You will learn how strategic HRM can help you manage employees and how it can contribute to performance management.

Day 2: diversity & inclusion and engaging and binding: The power of game(s)

You will learn how to manage talent and diversity so that employees can develop effectively. You will find out how to link individual goals to the organization’s goals. In the afternoon we learn about the power of game(s). We explore how the proactive integration of play with work activities, or playful work design, can benefit individuals and organizations by promoting bonding, engagement and work performance.

Day 3: Employment relationships: motivation, wellbeing and psychological contract

On day 3 you will work on sustainable employability of your employees through practical exercises and reflections. We conclude with an insight into the psychological contract between employer and employee, which connects the various topics.
