Program contents Sustainability Leadership Program
The Sustainability Leadership Program provides both academic frameworks and a peer learning environment that will enable you to expand your vision through discussions and assignments. Reflection on your own organization’s practices is a common theme throughout the program. You will closely collaborate with other participants, automatically broadening your network. By the end of the program, you will be well equipped to launch your organization’s transformation towards sustainability. You will be familiar with the latest sustainable leadership theories and know what action is required within your organization.
The five-day program includes two peer supervision/coaching sessions.
Day 1: Strategy and sustainability
Learn about the social significance of organizations and how to integrate social and economic values into your corporate strategy.
Day 2: Innovation for sustainability
Discover various types of new business models and explore which ones align with your sustainable ambitions.
Day 3: Business transformation towards sustainability
Learn how to get people on board and measure the impact of a sustainable strategy with supportive reporting systems.
Day 4: Responsible Leadership
A sustainable organization requires a different leadership style. Explore your own motivations and leadership style and learn how to implement a radical sustainable vision.
Day 5: Transition management and sustainability
Become familiar with theoretical transition management models and learn which interventions you can use within your organization in order to accelerate innovation.
Day 6: Crucial communication
Effective communication is a crucial factor for a transition to a sustainable corporate strategy. Learn how to inspire and connect people even when there is friction or significant divergence.
