Program design Design Thinking Master Class

This 3-day Design Thinking Master Class provides a complete training in the Design Thinking method. You go through the entire process – from problem to solution. We connect the dots between Design Thinking, strategy and innovation. You learn the principles and practices of Design Thinking, and how to apply it to relevant problems. Between the three meetings, you work on your conduct empathic research and test your ideas. This way, by the end of the master class, you’ll understand the Design Thinking method and mindset, have experience with its tools and know how it can help your organization.

Day 1: The Design Thinking process
On day 1, you learn about the need for organizations to change and the Design Thinking process. You also hone your skills in empathic research.

Day 2: Research analysis
Day 2 is all about analyzing your research using different tried-and-tested methods, devising a possible solution and generating ideas and prototyping. 

Day 3: Working towards the solution
After day 2, you’ve tested your design with users. Day 3 is about implementing and pitching your idea. Finally, we cover embedding Design Thinking in your organization.
