Create maximum value for your company

This Master Class is offered in both Dutch and English. Depending on factors such as your language skills and the (international) context in which your company operates, one of the two variants may be more suitable for you. For more information, please contact the Program Adviser.

The English edition is recommended for international participants and employees of international companies. The reason for this is that this variant also covers theories on (inter)cultural effects that impact change management. Additionally, practical examples are discussed where participants' input is also derived from an international context.

In the Dutch edition, the various aspects of organizational change are thoroughly addressed. This variant is recommended for participants working for a company oriented towards the Dutch market.

If you are curious about the Dutch edition, you can find more information about this program here. If you're interested in the English edition, please continue reading on this page.

Program design Change Management Master Class

This 3-day master class gives you the latest scientific insights into change management, combined with practical assignments and cases from participants. The Change Management Master Class focuses on various aspects of organizational change: from causes and diagnosis, to planning and implementation. We give particular attention to human behavior and the psychological, social and (cross-)cultural processes involved. So you can create the right conditions and goals for organizational change.

Day 1
Start with the basics: how can you shape change? And what methods are right for your organization? Learn more about the impact of mindset and culture, and acquire tools to conduct a thorough analysis.

Day 2
The second day covers the organizational culture, the dynamics of change and how you can use tools such as communication to shape change. We translate these into the lessons learned that you will apply in your own case and organization.

Day 3
The starting point for day 3 is an evaluation of what you’ve applied so far in your own case. After this, we zoom in further and look at practical tools for setting up and improving your change project.

The Master class in Change Management is also offered in Dutch

If your company is less internationally minded and you prefer studying in Dutch, attending the Dutch edition of the Change Management master class might be of interest to you. You can find more information about this program here.
