A different way of leadership

‘In recent years I noticed that, as a manager, I mainly focused on the content. Now I experience that as a leader you have much more impact. A flywheel from the team is many times stronger than what I can achieve as an individual.'

Sandor Hermens, Manager Legal Affairs at Achmea Investment Management

Inspiring parts of the Organizational Leadership module

The Organizational Leadership module consists of two inspiring components, each lasting three days. During these sessions, you will work with real-life cases to learn how to navigate complexity and diversity within organizations. You will explore how organizational development can take shape and what modern organizing requires, both in terms of transactions and relationships. Two essential roles of the organizational leader are central to this module.

Organizational Architect

In the first block, you will explore what it takes to create a high-performance organization. This involves not only gaining insight into structural and design challenges, but also discovering how to build bridges across departments in your role as an organizational architect. You will also learn how to make decisions that gain sufficient support. The module also covers how to encourage initiative and self-direction among team members.

Change Agent

In addition to continuously developing and optimizing your organization, you also need to drive change. This includes helping people move beyond their comfort zones and guiding them through significant transformations. In the second block of the Organizational Leadership module, you will examine how you, as a change agent, can activate and sustain momentum among people. You will learn how to strengthen your organization’s change capacity and agility in a sustainable way.
