Content Leadership and Management Diploma Program
The Leadership & Management Diploma Program consists of five master classes of your choice. The Master Class Leadership and Strategic Management is mandatory. The TIAS master classes have been developed specifically for profit and non-profit, as these sectors each have their own dynamics.
Personal development program
The Leadership & Management Diploma Program is a flexible program. You can start all year round and choose the master classes that best suit your personal situation. Of course, it is possible to start with one master class first and then extend to a full diploma program later. If you choose for the entire program right away, we also offer a personal development program. You can choose between coaching or the master class Personal Leadership. In addition, you will do a final assignment. The diploma program can be completed within 1 year, but you are free to spread out the program over a period of 24 months.
Flexibility
The Leadership & Management Program offers a large selection of master classes and can be fully tailored to your needs. This makes the Leadership & Management Program a unique program.
Personal leadership
In the small-scale master classes we give extensive consideration to the importance of self-reflection and provide you with a deeper insight into your own functioning and your effectiveness.
Coaching
Together with a TIAS coach, you will evaluate the new knowledge and insights you gain. You will also discuss what this means for your personal development and the consequences of these new insights for your organization.
Final paper: apply your new knowledge in your own organization
At the end of the program you will write a final paper under personal supervision in which you connect the core elements of the program with your daily work. By working on a current issue from your own practice, you immediately apply the newly acquired knowledge and skills in your organization. Formulating the problem and visualizing it through a process of exploration, diagnosis and an initial literature study is central to this. To prepare yourself properly, you will follow the one-day Problem Analysis module during the program.
Tracks
For participants who are looking for a specific focus, we have put together three sample tracks: General Management, Strategy and Innovation. These tracks are based on substantive coherence and frequently made choices.
If you choose one of these tracks (profit or non-profit), an annotation will be made on your diploma. Take a look at the overviews with master classes for profit and non-profit and the possible tracks.
