The Executive Leadership & Management Program is built around three core modules.
Together, these modules form a solid foundation for your development across the key roles you hold. Each module spans six days, delivered in two or three intensive blocks.
In every module, you work from your own leadership challenges and a live case from your organization. You learn to look more sharply at your context, make more deliberate choices and translate new insights directly into your daily practice.
