Executive Leadership & Management Program

This 21-day TIAS Executive Leadership & Management Program has been specially developed for the C-Suite, Board Members, MT and Senior Managers. New perspectives, new ways of thinking, and new insights will help you improve your leadership and business skills and develop into a powerful leader. The program consists of four intensive modules that require some preparation and that are easy to combine with a busy schedule. The Executive Leadership & Management Program is designed for senior managers who want to take the next step to get organizations moving and who are interested in fulfilling a variety of management roles.

Admission requirements

The level of the program is closely related to the level of the participants. Therefore, we apply the following admission requirements:

a completed bachelor degree
strategic responsibility in a senior position
at least 15 years of professional experience, of which 8 years at management level

Program Content

The Executive Leadership & Management Program consists of three modules and an additional Master class. The three core modules are fixed and compulsory. These core modules have been developed to grow in the different roles you fulfill as a senior manager. A core module consists of two blocks of three days each. In addition, a choice is made from one of the five additional Master classes. The Master classes help you to grow as an effective managerial sparring partner, as a decisive and expert executive or as a business transformation leader. An additional Master class consists of a block of three days.

You can choose from the entire Masterclass portfolio of TIAS (a choice is mandatory). The Masterclasses below are the options we recommend.

Optional Coaching Package with one-on-one Coaching

In addition to the core modules and Masterclass, the program now offers an optional coaching package. This 6-hour coaching package, available for an additional fee of €2,370, provides extra support in developing your leadership skills. The coach and coachee will collaboratively determine the frequency and format of the sessions, which can be conducted either online or in person (e.g., 1 session of 6 hours, 3 sessions of 2 hours, etc.). This customized coaching path offers personal depth and helps you apply what you've learned more effectively in practice.

The cost of a full Executive Leadership & Management Program is € 23300 (exempt from VAT). Individual core modules cost €8000 each. This price includes:

Three core modules and one additional master class or personal coaching
Catering packages (lunch, coffee or tea and soft drinks) during lecture periods
