Overview Advanced Leadership & Management Program
The Advanced Leadership & Management Program is designed specifically for managers and executives who want to take the next step in their development. The scientific leadership knowledge will help you fulfill your leadership role more effectively and continue to grow. This leadership program comprises three four-day modules. Combining academic and personal perspectives enables us to create considerable depth and challenges. Each module is split into 2 x 2 days, giving participants sufficient processing time and the space to apply academic knowledge straight away. Structure of the Advanced Leadership & Management Program at TIAS
The Advanced Leadership & Management Program consist of the following modules
Personal and interpersonal leadership
Through a deep understanding of who you are and what drives you, we will actively shape and elevate your leadership. The first two days we focus on how your identity is related to your way of leading, your strengths and your development points. The next two days we focus on behavior, how you as a leader interact with others and how you are able to enhance these interactions.
Organizational leadership
Develop a holistic perspective on leadership, with a focus on managing both the softer and harder aspects of organizational leadership. In the first two days, we will explore sensitivities, emotions, and complex topics such as social and psychological safety, inclusion, and power, which often subtly influence interpersonal dynamics and relationships. In the following two days, we will focus on change management, combining theory with practice through a change simulation.
Strategic leadership
By improving both your knowledge and skills about the strategy process, we help you become a strategically proficient leader. The first two days we teach you the ins & outs about the strategy process and train your skills in strategic influencing. The next two days we immerse you in a strategy simulation where you learn the knowledge and practice about strategy formation by doing.
