In your role as an educational administrator or director, you are responsible for making the necessary choices to meet these expectations.
This program is designed specifically for administrators and directors who seek to enhance their effectiveness by drawing on current scientific knowledge, practical expertise, and the experiences of fellow leaders with leadership dilemmas. You will expand your perspective, deepen your knowledge, broaden your skillset, and gain greater awareness of your own actions.
Participant profile
The program is geared towards directors of educational institutions, including those who are responsible for business operations, housing or staff services. Directors of organizations that provide services to educational institutions are also welcome to participate. This program is not suitable for people who aspire to become administrators or directors but still lack managerial experience. The participants are carefully selected by our Academic Directors.

About this program
The program consists of two main themes that contribute to a single goal: increasing your impact as an administrator and creating added value for education. Each theme comprises four sessions with a variety of working methods, such as case studies, interactive mini-lectures, discussions of your own case studies, and conversations with experts.
Main theme 1 – Focusing on educational quality: you will delve into administrative issues within your own organization, learn to effectively focus on educational quality, utilize hard and soft information, and collaborate within a strong administrative community.
Main theme 2 – Aligning with the environment: you will explore how to deal with social and political expectations as an administrator, form strategic partnerships, and collaborate effectively within networks, with an eye for the values of the democratic constitutional state.
