Biography

Ronald Meijers has been Chairman of the board of ABAB Group since February 2021. He has extensive board and management experience in the professional services industry, in which he was also active as a Management Consultant for more than three decades.
At Deloitte, he was a member of the Executive Committee / Group Management Committee responsible for People & Culture (Talent & Diversity Partner/CHRO) from 2011 to 2015, and from 2011 to 2020 he fulfilled the role of executive Consulting Partner specialized in Transformation, Leadership & Governance.
At Krauthammer, Ronald fulfilled the role of Consultant / Trainer / Coach from 1989 to 2011, co-CEO (2006-2011), Member of the Executive Board / Group Management Committee (since 1999), and Managing Director of Krauthammer NL (1995-2001).
Ronald has a lot of experience as supervisor: Member of the Supervisory Board (Remco) LTP (2020-2023); Member of the Advisory Board of ELP (European Leadership Platform) from 2014 to 2020; Vice-Chairman of the Dunamare Education Group (2010-2018); Member of the Advisory Board of CSC (Computer Science Corporation) from 2004 to 2008; Member of the IEC of Bencis Capital Partners (2006-2011); and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Corinthe Advisory Group (2000-2007).

Ronald is an expert in mission, vision and strategy formulation, complex changes, boardroom dynamics, leadership development, culture transformations, executive coaching & team building, commercial excellence (redesigning "the front end"), team building and performance management.

Some milestones include: Employee Buy Out (Krauthammer-Wolters Kluwer); Purpose Statement Deloitte Global; new Performance Management System (RABO, Achmea, VVAA, Deloitte); Deloitte Sales Approach; Story of ABAB; and his book publications with, among others, Ron Meyer and Hans van der Heijden.

Ronald has acted as a guest lecturer at RSM (Executive MBA), TIAS (Strategic Leadership), and in Cambridge, UK (Strategy Development). In 1985 he obtained his law degree (Master of Laws) from VU Amsterdam.
