Keuzegids Masters 2015: TIAS best business school

In 2015, for the first time, TIAS has received a ranking in the Keuzegids Masters, published on March 25. Not only has TIAS been ranked as the best business university, but also as one of the best Master institutions in the Netherlands. 

Five TIAS programs were ranked a “Top Rated Program”: the Executive Master of Public and Nonprofit Management, the Executive Master of Management in Education, the Executive Master of Management and Organization, Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Excellence and the International MSc in Business Administration (full time and part time). The Executive Master of Real Estate and the Executive Master of Finance and Control are also among the best in the Netherlands.

Method

The Centrum voor Hoger Onderwijs Informatie (Center for Higher Education Information), or CHOI, annually publishes the Keuzegids Masters. The editors of the Keuzegids formulate the rankings based on student satisfaction and expert judgments. The results of the National Student Survey (NSE) are taken into consideration: this provides an overview of the assessment that students provide of their education, in areas such as content, teachers, scientific training and facilities. The expert judgments are based on the reports and accreditation decisions of NVAO. Additionally, information from the Central Register of Higher Education (CROHO) and research results from the VSNU/IVA’s WO Monitor are taken into account.
