Change Management in an international context
Many companies are experiencing an increase in the diversity of nationalities. The intersection of different nationalities and cultures adds an extra layer of complexity to the Change Management process. To give extra value to employees of these companies, twice a year, we offer the Master Class International Change Management. In this program, particular emphasis will be placed on theories applicable in an international context the group dynamics, as well as their case studies, will be enriched with a global perspective.

Participant profile
The International Change Management Master Class is specially designed for change managers, professionals and business owners who want to implement changes effectively in their organizations. Participants are directly involved in organizational changes, or will be in the near future. They often work in large or medium-sized, mostly internationally operating organizations, and mainly want to learn how to achieve effective change by getting their employees on board. Specific attention is paid to managing change in a context where cultural differences play a decisive role.

Admission requirements

- At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role
- Ability to work and think at the higher professional or university level.
