Soren Kaplan about the power of surprise

If you want to surprise the market with a innovative product, you have to be surprised yourself, says Soren Kaplan. He wrote the book Leapfrogging about finding surprises in the market.

Kaplan visited TIAS School for Business and Society to give some workshops about innovation. These workshops were organized by prof. dr. Anna Sabidussi of the Competence Center on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
