TIAS excels in the 2021 NSS

TIAS School for Business and Society once again earned high marks on the 2021 National Student Survey (‘NSS’). The total score came to 4.19 out of 5. What’s more, the business school scored well above the national average in all areas.
Participants even rated the educational atmosphere a 4.38.
Participants gave TIAS high marks in areas like content and setup, instructor quality, involvement from TIAS and applicability of their new knowledge to daily practice.
Some eye-catching results:
- Match between content of the program and current professional/academic developments: 4.32
- The teachers are content experts: 4.52
- The quality of the guidance provided: 4.12
- Challenging nature of program content: 4.12
- Work methods used in the program: 4.07
- The possibility to broaden or deepen your knowledge/skills: 4.12

This fosters valuable interactions and open discussion between lecturers and participants. And that’s where our true strength lies. It’s wonderful to see this reflected in the scores from our participants. This makes us proud of the survey results,’ says Dean & Director Jenke ter Horst.
A total of 455 TIAS participants (including 12 Executive Masters, 3 MScBAs and the Full-time MBA) responded to the study.
