More women in top positions can help prevent biases
Having too few women in senior positions within organizations is not good for business, says Mijntje Lückerath. Our biases are among the greatest dangers in the boardroom: partiality, prejudices, group thinking, and tunnel vision. To break through that, we need more diversity in the broadest sense of the word (for example, diversity of gender, background, or skills).
