TIAS' Full-time International Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBA) has gained a higher position in the Financial Times' Global Masters in Management ranking list. The program is now ranked number 61 world-wide, of the hundreds of comparable programs offered around the globe.

The TIAS Full-time MScBA, based in Utrecht, scores particularly well in terms of graduate career prospects.  92% of students seeking employment found work within three months of graduation. Classroom diversity is another aspect which scores well. TIAS devotes considerable attention to this, in terms of international diversity and gender balance. Half of the current Full-time MScBA class is female.

TIAS offers its full-time students the Personal and Career Development program, through which they gain insights into their strengths and develop their skills and competences.   In addition the program gives CV advice, interview techniques coaching and specific career choice advice.  Corporate Career Events are held at which students can become acquainted with the current employment market.  Working in international, diverse study teams further supports their development.

“International experience is important in terms of the job market. Our participants benefit from the international experiences at TIAS throughout their careers”, says Kees Koedijk, Director and Dean, TIAS School for Business and Society. "Our graduates have a specific and unique profile, which is why they are able to quickly find employment.”
