Biography

Joy van der Veer is equity partner at PKF Wallast, with a special focus on Business Valuation and Corporate Finance. He is member of the Dutch Institute of RegisterValuators (NIRV) and of the NBA (Dutch Institute of Accountants). He is Adjunct Professor at TIAS School for Business and Society in the field of Business Valuation and Corporate Finance. He is Project Director Master of Business Valuation and co-responsible for the MBVprogram and assisting the MiF-Academic Director. As senior lecturer for SRA (“Cooperation of Register Accountants and Accountant-Administration Consultants”), SSR (“Training and Study Centre for the Judiciary”), Avance+ (higher education) and TIAS, Joy teaches various courses in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation. In 2015 Joy received ‘the best Business Valuator of the year 2015’ award as professional business valuator.
