"We plan to provide broader training"

Besides hard business metrics and goals, the focus is more and more on finding business solutions for problems in society. A reset of the economic and financial landscape, changing roles for governments, digitalization and globalization of knowledge, new organizational forms and with that, challenges for their leaders and employees, were the reason for TIAS to turn things around, professor Dirk Brounen and Executive in Residence Menno Maas explain in an interview in the specialist journal PropertyNL. This has consequences for the real estate sector as well. "The real estate sector is to change from a closed real estate sector to a world in which knowledge is shared."

"We plan to provide broader training: after focusing mainly on shareholders, we now want to involve more stakeholders. This means attention for social responsibility, ethics, transparency and sustainability. We are also putting more and more emphasis on a network with the 12000 TIAS.
