TIAS shines in the 2019 National Student Survey

The results of the 2019 National Student Survey are in: TIAS School for Business and Society has once again performed extremely well, with a total score of 4.49 out of 5.
Respondents gave TIAS high marks in a variety of areas, including content, relevance professional practice, and pursuit of excellence. TIAS also showed improvement in all but a few areas compared to 2018 and scored well above the national average in all areas.
“At TIAS, we pride ourselves on excellence. We work hard every day to ensure our customers receive the best education possible. It’s wonderful to see these efforts reflected in the ratings given to us by our participants. We’re extremely proud of the survey results,” says Jenke ter Horst, Dean and Director of TIAS.
TIAS also earned high scores in the areas of internationalization, teachers, and guidance. A total of 360 TIAS participants from 12 Executive Masters and 3 MScBAs took part in the survey.

About the National Student Survey
This year’s National Student Survey (Nationale Studenten Enquête, or NSE) was published on October 23, 2019. The NSE is a large-scale, nationwide survey held each year that invites students enrolled in higher education in the Netherlands to rate how satisfied they are with their study programs. The NSE is conducted by Stichting Studiekeuze123, an independent collaboration between the Dutch Ministry of Education, students, and higher education institutions.
