New Dean and Director TIAS

Prof. dr. Jenke ter Horst is appointed as the new Dean and Director of TIAS School for Business and Society. His appointment will come into effect on the 1st of July 2019. Ter Horst succeeds prof. dr. Kees Koedijk, who has held this position for the past seven years.
TIAS is entering a new phase in which digitization, commercialization and internationalization are important themes. This strategic course is being deployed from a good and financially sound basis. TIAS has built an excellent market reputation; quality and personal attention to customers are of paramount importance at TIAS. With the underlying concept: the connection between business and society.

Biography
Ter Horst is professor of Finance. In the past, his research has focused primarily on portfolio management and he has published on the performance of Mutual and Hedge Funds. In recent years, his research activities have focused predominantly on socially responsible investing.
