TIAS Full-time Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBA) rises for the third consecutive year on the Financial Times' Global Masters in Management ranking list. TIAS is the only Dutch business school to rise on the list. The program is ranked in 52nd place. Hundreds of comparable programs are offered around the world.
The Full-time MScBA offered by TIAS scores especially well in terms of career prospects for graduates. 87% of the program (which is offered in Utrecht) graduates find work within 3 months. Classroom diversity is another aspect which scores well. TIAS devotes considerable attention to classroom diversity, in terms of international diversity as well as the balance between males and females. Half of the class is female for the Full-time MScBA.
TIAS offers its full-time students a Personal Leadership and Career Development program. Afterwards they also receive coaching in respect of CVs and interviews, but students are furthermore coached on how to work with different cultures and with regard to the choice for a specific career. Events are also arranged with companies, where students can become acquainted with the job market.
“Our participants benefit from the international experiences at TIAS throughout their careers”, says Director and Dean Kees Koedijk from TIAS School for Business and Society. “International experience is important in terms of the job market, which is still rather tight. Our graduates have a specific and unique profile, which is why they are quick to find work.”
