Care and real estate: two markets full of challenges. Schemes such as the Exceptional Medical Expenses Act (AWBZ) and Social Support Act (WMO) are becoming unaffordable within the care sector due to the ageing population. A fundamental shift also appears to be on the horizon within the real estate sector. However, the separation of accommodation and care also yields new opportunities, both for care and real estate. But what exactly are these opportunities? How can they be seized? To whom do they appeal?

Dirk Brounen (TIAS School for Business and Society) discusses these questions with Brenda Meusen (AAG) and Joop Kluft (PwC).
