Morris combines previous experiences as a policy researcher, policy advisor, controller and team leader in his work as consultant and researcher at Aizen Wetenschap in Bedrijf (Aizen Research in Business), mostly in the field of social value, quality assurance and strategy (in educational organizations).
Morris is also involved as an advisor at KPC Groep. He trains schools/school management in the development of or dialogue about the strategic course and translation thereof into education and he offers training courses on team leadership to teachers.
Morris is an associate at TIAS School for Business and Society. As core teacher he is responsible for the leadership module within the Master of Public Management (MPM), provides lectures in the field of Academic Reading and Writing, provides working groups in the field of Academic Reading and Writing and Strategy and he supervises students from, among others, the MPM, Master of Management in Education (MME) and MScBA (Master of Science in Business Administration) at the end of their education doing research and writing their thesis.
Prior to this, Morris worked as a policy researcher, was responsible for business operations as a team leader, and obtained his PhD at TIAS with research into board selection in non-profit organizations.
