Webinar: Area-specific development

By Dirk Brounen | October 23, 2013 | 1 min read

The only constant is change, which is why it is also increasingly difficult to make long-term plans for area-specific development. Thinking according to a plan from the drawing board is therefore being replaced increasingly by a more organic way of working where plans continue adapting themselves to changing circumstances through the years. On Thursday 31 October, Dirk Brounen (TIAS School for Business and Society), Lars Paantjens MRE (Bouwfonds Ontwikkeling) and Menno Maas (TIAS School for Business and Society) discussed thinking in terms of options within area-specific development. Lars has examined the possibilities and impossibilities of realistic options in area-specific development and will present the results of this. Menno will respond to this by drawing from his wealth of international experience and clarify the opportunities feasible within this context.
