The Real Estate LAB examines the effects of the energy label within the home ownership market every quarter. To this end, information from the NVM is always linked to the energy label dossiers of the Dutch governmental organization AgentschapNL.

This creates an accurate picture of the market share of label buildings within the current transactions. A meticulous statistical analysis is also used to examine the label's effects on the selling speed and price.
