An International Masters in Management (IMM) program

The Global Executive MBA creates world business leaders. It equips managers to handle challenges in increasingly complex organizations. The program is built on the fundamental areas of economics and management, quantitative methods, and behavioral sciences. The IMM Global Executive MBA extends your comprehension of the latest concepts and techniques with a strategically global perspective. It grants you invaluable access to a global sharing platform of knowledge and experience.

Program aims of the Global Executive MBA

The depth and scope of the program allows you to:

Two MBA Degrees

Upon successful completion of the program you receive 2 MBA Degrees. One from Purdue University in the United States and one from TIAS/Tilburg University (The Netherlands) or CEU (Hungary).

Profile of the Global Executive MBA participants

When you are part of the program, you interact with managers facing challenges similar to your own. Peers have at least 6 years of work experience and an average of 13 years. They come from 8-10 countries around the world representing many different industries and functional areas. You start the program with your cohort and continue working with them until graduation and beyond.

Course outline

The Global Executive MBA is divided into a five-day launch week in the USA, followed by five 2-week residencies spanning approximately 19 months. During the modules – between residencies – participants use on-line technology to prepare assignments, engage in discussions, work in teams, read e-books and watch instructor-prepared videos.

While highly competitive, the Global Executive MBA program’s admissions criteria are consistent with AACSB, AMBA and the partner schools’ postgraduate studies requirements.

Application requirements

  • Work experience: minimum 5 years of work experience with managerial responsibilities
  • Official transcripts (translated into English) for bachelors' degree (and master's degree, if applicable) or equivalent showing a grade point average on a 4.0 scale.  A minimum GPA of 3.0 is desired, but significant work experience can compensate if this GPA is not met.
  • Recommendations: Two. One should be from the candidate’s direct supervisor, if possible.
  • English proficiency: strong command of written and spoken English (TOEFL or IELTS )
  • GMAT: may be required if work experience is not substantial.
  • Interview: in person or via Skype.
  • Completed application form.
