With the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Edicts from Trump, it seems as if DEI is under attack globally and institutions and organizations appear to be on their back foot, scaling down their DEI commitments and programs. In the aftermath of the Trump DEI Edicts, organizations tend to “sunset” their diversity initiatives and place more emphasis on inclusion and the commitment to create an inclusive leadership capability.
