Alumni Workshop: Building resilience for a sustainable career

For our alumni who want to continue their personal and professional development, we organize Alumni Workshops. These interactive sessions offer practical tools, fresh insights, and hands-on learning experiences. Whether you want to sharpen your leadership skills, strengthen your strategic thinking, or smoothly navigate career transitions, these workshops offer you the opportunity to grow, make valuable connections, and stay ahead in a dynamic world.

Details and Program

Being able to deal resiliently with events that occur during your career helps you recover quickly and bounce back effectively. We all experience situations we did not anticipate—moments that can leave us feeling off balance. Resilience and mental toughness are essential in times of adversity, and they can be developed and strengthened.

In this workshop, we’ll engage in meaningful dialogue, learn techniques to discuss these experiences, reflect on our own and others’ perspectives, and cultivate a mindset that embraces challenges positively.

The approach

When discussing topics such as sustainable careers, resilience, and adaptability, psychological safety is key. That’s why we begin with accessible conversations and alternate smaller workshops with theory, allowing us to integrate real-life examples. We foster a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone’s perspective is valued.

Through dialogue techniques, we aim to deeply understand each other’s viewpoints. This exchange offers a framework for reflection—helping you better understand yourself, your behaviors, and the factors that influence them.
By exploring different perspectives, we develop progressive insights that extend beyond this workshop, providing a foundation to continue these conversations and strengthen your own sustainable, resilient career journey.

The experience

This experience combines smaller interactive sessions with reflection moments. It is designed to develop a mindset focused on learning and growth. The steps you take during this workshop will guide you toward sustainable next steps in your professional development.
