Harmen van Dijk is an ICFcertified Transformational Leadership and Team Coach, as well as a valued Mentor and Trainer. Harmen is a former career diplomat and holds a masters degree in Dutch and International Law. With nearly 15 years of professional experience in the Dutch Diplomatic Service and over 10 years of experience in leadership coaching, mentoring and training, Harmen has extensive experience working with culturally diverse individuals and teams in the Netherlands and abroad.
