Meet your facilitators

Harmen van Dijk is an ICFcertified Transformational Leadership and Team Coach, as well as a valued Mentor and Trainer. Harmen is a former career diplomat and holds a masters degree in Dutch and International Law. With nearly 15 years of professional experience in the Dutch Diplomatic Service and over 10 years of experience in leadership coaching, mentoring and training, Harmen has extensive experience working with culturally diverse individuals and teams in the Netherlands and abroad.  Harmen has a passion for nature and his key values are authenticity, congruency, openness, courage, connection and empathy. He has a ‘can do’ mentality and shines the light on what works. 

 

Neşet Irşık is an experienced executive coach, global business leader and facilitator\trainer in leadership development programs for Executive Education for i.e. TIAS Tilburg University. He has a coaching certification from the ICF accredited training company MMS; holds an MSc in electronics engineering and MBA from ESSEC. Neşet has 30+ years of experience at multinational companies, leading Business Units as a General Manager.
