As a result, managing stress is a critical skill that you must pay attention to and master in order to increase your productivity, performance level, your health and your relationships.
In this workshop you will learn:
• What is positive and negative stress? How do both types of stress affect us?
• How can we build resilience at a physical, emotional and mental level?
• How to manage stress effectively?
You will work on diverse skills and tools covering different topics including:
o Decreasing your internal conflicts
o Creating the right conditions for your body to manage stress effectively
o Dealing with stressful situations at work.
Verda Sisman, Founder & Managing Director at OakTreeMe Leadership Development Through Intellectual & Experiential Learning, will be leading this workshop.

Registration at TIAS Connect. This workshop is free of charge for alumni with a membership package. Alumni without a membership package can participate for the price of € 395,00 (limited number of places available).
Workshops have a limited number of seats to ensure alumni experience extensive interaction and personal attention. To reduce the number of no-shows without advance notice and to ensure alumni on the waiting list have the opportunity to attend workshops, we will charge a fee of €40,- per workshop no-show. These fees will then be utilized for supporting full-time international students at TIAS.
