Van Meer has a background in Economic Psychology at the Universities in Leiden and Tilburg - PhD degree in 2006. He is interested in people’s behaviour and thinking.
Van Meer has set up and managed various research departments adding value to organizations on a tactical level as well as on a strategic level - experiences on how to attract top talents. He initiated and developed a wide range of machine learning and AI applications. Currently, van Meer is Product Manager Engagement & Data at Essent in the Netherlands. Previously he worked at ING the Netherlands, Rabobank International and RTL.
