Prof. Bart Berden MD joined the Executive Board of St. Elisabeth Hospital in Tilburg in 2004. Prof. Berden is a doctor and expert in business administration, and has been working in healthcare for twenty years, seven years of which as a director. As a doctor he worked in frontline g.p. care and as a director of the St. Radboud University Medical Centre. Prof. Berden was voted Influencer of the Year by the Strategie Platform Healthcare in 2010 for his innovations in the field of hospital policy. He is member (chair) of several boards of care organizations.
