activities reflect its mission to promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector. Their underlying objective is to foster trust for and encourage greater investment in listed real estate in Europe. is the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. The Association is Europe’s leading platform for the sharing of knowledge about the non-listed real estate industry. Its goal is to improve transparency, professionalism and best practices across the sector, making the asset class more accessible and attractive to investors.

NEPROM
The NEPROM (organization of Dutch Project Development Societies) was founded in 1974 and strives to enhance the cooperation between the government and developers in their aim to realize real estate projects.

NRW
NRW
is the only association containing members from all disciplines of the retail property sector: retail, real estate and government. The bureau plays an important role in providing day-to-day services to the members and the sector. The board of NRW regularly confers with the bureau. The Supervisory Board operates on a strategic level. Also the NRW has connections with different kinds of commissions which feed and assist the organization.

The NVM (Nederlandse Coöperatieve Vereniging van Makelaars en Taxateurs) is the largest Dutch organization for brokers and real estate experts.

RICS
RICS
(the Royal Institution of Chartered Survevors) was founded in 1868 in the United Kingdom. In 1881 RICS received royal admission. Nowadays RICS is a global organization of real estate professionals. The institution has four important aims: the regulation and promotion of the profession, maintaining the highest standards on the matter of education and practising of the profession, protection of the customers and consummates by a strict behavioral code and the deliverance of independent advice, analysis and guidelines.

Vastgoedmanagement Nederland
Vastgoedmanagement Nederland is the largest branch organization for businesses active in real estate management. VGM NL was founded in 2009 is currently has more than 90 members, amongst which 45 administrators of homeowners associations. Aims of VGM NL are the enhancement of interests of its members and the improvement of quality in the VvE branch.
