6:30–8:00 pm: Inspiration Session, led by Dr. Dimitrios Nikolaidis

About the Speaker

Dimitrios NikolaidisDr. Dimitrios V. Nikolaidis, BA, M.Ed., Ph.D., is an American-educated executive specializing in the organization and management of services. His research focuses on customer satisfaction and service quality. Dimitrios has held leadership roles in Greece and the USA and has been an academic leader at the University of Sheffield. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at City College and a visiting professor at Tilburg University and TIAS Business School.
