Drs. Frank Beemer, BeAMeR Alliance Management and Direction. Frank Beemer is an interim (transition) manager, advisor, trainer and supervisor for the realization of social challenges in networks and alliances, and for organizations that permanently operate in various partnerships. He is a true “reflective practitioner”: he himself fulfills the role of network director in practice, and as Academic Director Chain Management at Erasmus Academy, he reflects almost continuously on the profession of director in networks and alliances through research and training. Frank is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Catharina Foundation at Voorne-Putten and Spectrum, partner with Elan in Arnhem, and chairman of the field football department of USV Hercules in Utrecht.
