As an operations or supply chain manager, you manage a chain that is under constant pressure: geopolitical uncertainty, scarcity of raw materials, stricter sustainability requirements, and the rapid rise of digital technology and AI. In the part-time Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS) program, you will delve into the latest theories, models, and skills to design, optimize, and sustainably embed the strategy and execution of operations and logistics in your organization.
Themes such as digitization, globalization, and sustainability are a common thread throughout the program. You will work with cases from your own practice and use the program as a platform for peer review and reflection, enabling you to grow as a leader and gain a clear understanding of how your chain creates value for customers and the organization.
This master's program is structured as a flexible, modular part-time program for working professionals. You will follow compact modules in a blended format: a combination of online live sessions, physical class days, and self-study that can be easily planned alongside a demanding job. The Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS) is a part-time MSc for professionals who want to take their operations and supply chain function to a strategic level. You will delve into the design, planning, control, and improvement of chains, with a focus on digitization, globalization, scarcity, and sustainability, and their impact on the performance of your organization and chain.
You will work with the latest insights and models from the field of operations & supply chain management and continuously link these to your own practice. You will apply what you have learned from the first module onwards in your own organization, so that you will already see noticeable results in chain performance and value creation during the program – for customers, internal stakeholders, and the wider chain.

Electives
Within the MOS program, you have 8 ECTS of free elective space. You can fill this space with two electives from other TIAS master's programs. Business Research Methods
During the Business Research Methods module, you will learn to investigate strategic issues with academic precision. You will develop a research proposal, conduct a literature study, and delve into the critical assessment of research in preparation for your master's thesis.
Capstone project
You will conclude the program with a capstone project, in which you will analyze a current operations or supply chain issue within your organization and develop it into a substantiated design or improvement plan, including an implementation and change strategy.
International master's degree (MSc)
Upon successful completion of this master's program, you will have the choice between the prestigious title of Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS) or the internationally recognized academic title of Master of Science (MSc). The program is accredited by the NVAO (Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organization).
Study at your own pace
The program is structured as a flexible, modular master's for working professionals. You will follow compact modules in a blended learning environment: a combination of online live sessions, physical class days, and self-study, which can be easily planned alongside a demanding job. Each module has a duration of approximately 6 weeks and a study load of approximately 100–120 hours.
Within clear frameworks, you and your learning path advisor choose the order and pace that suit your work and personal schedule. You can complete the master's program consecutively with a fixed group in approximately 20 months, or you can adjust your route and pause or accelerate where necessary.
