You will sharpen your thinking, acquire new tools and frameworks, and translate these step by step into your organization. The result is not only additional knowledge, but also a concrete improvement plan, design, or advice that you can implement immediately, recorded in a recognized microcredential of 4 ECTS with a digital badge.
