Experience TIAS

“To ensure continuity at the executive level of my organization, I sought a development program at the strategic management level. So far, ten of our managers have participated. With TIAS, we’re forging a strong link between our organizational ambitions and the individual development needs of our people.”

‘I find the combination of top professors and the opportunity to discuss your own cases with fellow participants very powerful. What’s more, several managers at Goudappel have completed the TIAS program: we now speak the same language.’

‘I involve people more in the strategy process by consulting more on where we’re headed. And that’s certainly appreciated. I can tell the strategy now has broader buy-in.'

‘What I was looking for—and what I’ve found—in the Executive MBA: lecturers who don’t just recite theories from a textbook, but bring lived, practice-based knowledge you can apply immediately. My scope has broadened, and I notice it in daily practice—in the questions I ask and the curiosity it inspires.’

‘If I hadn’t done the premaster, I’d probably have frozen up in the first master’s lecture. Now I can put the academic skills straight into practice, my learning approach is updated, and I know exactly where to go when I have questions.’

‘TIAS stands for new leadership. In the TIAS Executive MBA, you immediately notice that it’s more personal and on a smaller scale. There’s plenty of time and attention for learning from one another with lots of interaction—and for stewardship: doing what’s best for society. How do you handle power? How do you treat your colleagues? How do you engage with the environment and society? That truly calls for new leadership. That’s what TIAS stands for.’
