Introduction
As you gain more experience, the question of where you want to continue growing becomes increasingly personal. The insights you need along the way often come from different fields of expertise.
Perhaps you want to provide more direction in driving change, increase your influence at board level, or connect themes such as AI, organizational development, and public value to your own practice. In that case, you need to be able to choose the perspectives that align with your ambition, role, and strategic challenge.
Which perspectives do you need?
The Executive IMPACT Program is a modular learning journey in which you combine four masterclasses into one cohesive development program. A Program Adviser helps you determine which combination best fits your ambition and professional development.
A dedicated mentor helps you integrate the insights from the different masterclasses and apply them to a current strategic challenge from your own practice. This way, you not only develop new knowledge but also work simultaneously on a concrete recommendation for your organization.
You conclude the program with an IMPACT Paper, in which you translate your analysis into well-founded recommendations and concrete next steps.

Participant profile
The Executive IMPACT Program is designed for experienced professionals, leaders, managers, and senior experts who want to consciously invest in their professional and personal development. You are looking for a learning journey that aligns with your drivers, ambitions, role, and experience. You want to broaden or deepen your knowledge, strengthen your capabilities in your role, and apply new insights directly to your daily practice.
About this program
Your development ambition provides direction for what you want to broaden, deepen, or strengthen. Your strategic challenge determines where you want to apply new perspectives in your practice. Each masterclass brings these two lines together.
A Program Adviser helps you select and schedule the four masterclasses as one cohesive learning journey. The Academic Director of the Executive IMPACT Program then challenges you to further define your development goals and strategic challenge. Based on this conversation, you are matched with a mentor who aligns with your development and challenge. After each masterclass, your mentor helps you determine which insights matter, which assumptions need to be reconsidered, and what this means for your analysis.
How the Executive IMPACT Program works: one learning journey, two connected lines
The development track:
You select four masterclasses that align with your drivers, professional ambitions, and desired development. This enables you to consciously shape what you want to broaden, deepen, or strengthen.
The practice track:
From the start, you work on a strategic challenge from your own professional practice. During each masterclass, you identify which insights are relevant, which assumptions should be challenged, and what a new perspective means for your role or organization.
A dedicated mentor connects both tracks. Your mentor helps you recognize patterns, examine assumptions, and translate the insights from your masterclasses into your role, development, and practical challenge. This keeps your learning journey cohesive and personal.
This is how your personal learning journey unfolds

1. Discover – Define your development direction
You begin by exploring what your role, ambition, and professional context require from you today. A Program Adviser helps you create a suitable route of four masterclasses.
- You discuss your drivers, ambitions, and professional role
- You identify a strategic challenge where you can make an impact from your position
- Based on your ambition and challenge, you select four masterclasses together with a Program Adviser that provide the most relevant perspectives for the impact you want to create
After designing your learning journey, you have an in-depth conversation with the Academic Director of the Executive IMPACT Program. The Academic Director challenges you to clearly define what you want to develop and what your strategic challenge is truly about. This creates a strong foundation for matching you with a mentor who aligns with your development goals and challenge. You then begin your personal guidance journey with this mentor.
If, during this exploration, it becomes clear that another masterclass would better support your development, your learning journey will be adjusted in consultation with you.

2. Deepen – Connect new perspectives
In each masterclass, you apply a new perspective to your strategic challenge. This not only expands your knowledge but also strengthens your ability to determine what an insight means for your choices and actions.
- You deepen your understanding of four topics that align with your development ambition
- You examine your challenge from a new perspective in each masterclass
- You assess what new insights mean for your choices and way of working
- In mentoring sessions, you connect the outcomes to insights from previous masterclasses
Each masterclass contributes to your development and to an increasingly well-founded analysis of your challenge.
3. Embed – Make your impact visible
You do not wait until the end to start working on your IMPACT Paper. The insights related to your strategic challenge develop throughout the four masterclasses and mentoring sessions. In the final phase, you bring this accumulated analysis together into a strategic recommendation.
- You develop your strategic challenge into an IMPACT Paper
- You translate the key insights into well-founded recommendations
- Together with your mentor, you discuss how to implement your recommendations
- You present your findings to your mentor and, where relevant, to stakeholders from your organization
The IMPACT Paper makes your development tangible. It demonstrates how you connect insights from different masterclasses to a current challenge and translate them into a well-founded strategic recommendation with concrete next steps for your professional practice or organization.
