Introduction
Are you a senior or executive manager who wants to have more of an impact, more space, more satisfaction? The English-taught Executive Master of Business Administration helps you to define your personal mission and use it to create your future. You will deepen and broaden your grasp of business and learn to speak the language of the CFO, CEO and COO. These are your tools. Your goal is to take your ambitions and social responsibility and shape them into a personal compass. This will allow you to become the confident leader your organization and the world needs.
The Executive MBA is a part-time program consisting of four independent tracks and a final Capstone project. This flexible, modular design makes the program easy to fit into a busy work and personal schedule.

Leadership is a core component of the Executive MBA. TIAS’s distinctive, integrated approach combines skill-focused workshops, deep self-awareness, and experiential learning with peer coaching. Throughout the EMBA, the same peer-coaching groups meet five times, guided by a coach, to ensure you achieve optimal personal growth. Our coaches work with you to develop and sharpen your core competencies, helping you progress toward the goals you set. This way, the Executive MBA fosters an environment for both professional and personal growth.

4 flexible modular tracks and a closing Capstone project
The Executive MBA program consists of four tracks and a final Capstone Project. The tracks can be completed consecutively or individually as standalone programs (5 months per track). This modular design allows you to set your own pace and balance the MBA with your work and personal life.
