Take 5 seconds to think: Which company pops up first when you think about the most sustainable company at the moment? Now take an extra minute and dare to be critical. Is this company indeed a sustainable flagship, or is it just their marketing strategy in which they excel?
In this inspiration session we will do a deep dive in sustainability as a corporate strategy. Discover how this movement started and why, right now, so many companies give extra importance to a sustainable transition.
We will teach you to recognize companies that truly incorporate Sustainability in the heart of their organization and help you recognize companies that use “greenwashing” to build castles in the air.
This session is a double win if you are interested in our Master in Management (MScBA). You’ll get to know the TIAS way of learning and gain insights in the hot topic “sustainable transition”.
Before the session, we will provide a light dinner and welcome drink, and after the session, there will be opportunities for networking over drinks and bites.
Key takeaways:
The talk aims to provide a brief overview to participants of the link between CSR/Sustainability and the unintended consequences of human development, i.e., the Industrial Revolution.
