“We need to invest heavily in renewable energy sources”
August 31, 2011 | 1 min read
“The Peak Oil Moment, the point when worldwide oil production will drop, is approaching rapidly. Energy will become more expensive, and we will have to start looking for alternatives. One of the alternatives is the large-scale use of renewable energy sources such as wind or solar energy and maybe nuclear energy. If we want to use this alternative, we need to start investing heavily in clean solar and wind technology now. Only then there’s a chance that our future energy sources will be clean. In reality, investments are lagging behind”, according to Gerlagh.
