Biografie

Dr. ir. Bianca Groen is Academic director van de MSc Controlling bij TIAS en universitair docent Management Accounting bij de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Ze onderzoekt hoe prestatiemeting op een positieve manier kan worden ingezet om medewerkers te ondersteunen in hun werk. Ze heeft gepubliceerd in diverse wetenschappelijke en professionele tijdschriften op het gebied van accounting, HR, en algemeen management. Ze is gepromoveerd aan de Universiteit Twente op basis van haar proefschrift over waarom medewerkers beter presteren als ze betrokken zijn bij het ontwerpen van hun eigen prestatie-indicatoren. Eerder heeft ze aan diezelfde universiteit het ingenieursdiploma Technische bedrijfskunde en een Bachelor en cum laude Master Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie behaald.
