The professionalism of Operational Excellence

By Marcel van Assen | December 8, 2015 | 1 min read

How to measure the professionalism of Operational Excellence? Marcel van Assen, professor Operational Excellence for Services, will answer this question during a live webinar on December 10, 2015 at 12:30h.

What are the characteristics of organizations that have achieved operational excellence? And how does the well-known PBOI-model contribute to this? By analyzing the empirical validation of this model, we see that Operational Excellence is not only about performance improvements, but also about professionalization of the organization. Looking at it from this point of view, a measurement tool for professionalism of Operational Excellence can be developed.

During 30 minutes Marcel van Assen will share his experiences, facts and results with the viewers, live from our studio in Tilburg. The live-stream webinar starts at 12.30 hours and offers viewers the chance to ask questions and actively participate from behind their own PC.
