What does effective strategy execution and implementation entail, and how can you make a constructive and valuable contribution to this from your position? These questions are central to the Strategic Leadership module, part of the Advanced Leadership and Management Program.

Why this program
As an experienced manager, you are at the center of new strategic initiatives, conflicting strategic policies, missing strategies, and strategic suggestions. The Strategic Leadership module deepens your understanding of the strategic process, your insight into your role as a middle manager, and helps you develop the ability to strategically influence both those below and above you. Through a mix of theory, practical application, and simulations, the module enhances both your strategic insight and your strategic skills.

About this program
The Strategic Leadership module consists of two blocks, each lasting two days. The module is based on recent theories and approaches in the fields of leadership, strategy formulation, and strategy implementation. Throughout the course, we draw connections to the participants’ professional experiences and their own case studies. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a practical simulation.

Key themes: Archetypes in the boardroom, your position in the game, learning to influence

Advanced Leadership and Management Program (ALMP)
The Strategic Leadership module is part of the Advanced Leadership and Management Program. The Advanced Leadership and Management Program consists of three modules and combines academic insights with practical case studies and simulations. This comprehensive program is designed for experienced executives and managers who wish to enhance their general knowledge, skills, and impact, and helps participants become more effective. The modules on interpersonal, organizational, and strategic issues help participants elevate their leadership to a higher level.
